1. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run Mirëbook, including account details, contact details, booking details, business profile information, staff records, support messages and notification preferences.

2. How we use information

We use information to create accounts, process bookings, show schedules, send transactional emails, support businesses and customers, and keep the platform secure.

We do not need customer payment details for the current appointment booking flow.

3. Booking and business visibility

Customers can see public business information such as name, category, city, services, staff choices and available appointment times.

Business owners and assigned staff can see booking details needed to manage appointments.

4. Emails and notifications

Mirëbook sends transactional emails such as verification, password reset, booking updates, staff invites, support replies and reminders where configured.

5. Service providers

Mirëbook uses trusted providers such as Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for business billing where enabled, and Resend for transactional email where configured.

6. Security

We use account authentication, role-based access and database access rules to protect customer, business and staff data.

7. Data retention

We keep account, booking, business and support information for as long as needed to operate Mirëbook, meet support needs and preserve booking history.

8. Your choices

You can update account details, language preference and email preferences from your account page where available.

9. International use

Mirëbook may be used by customers, businesses and staff in different countries. Platform providers may process information in locations needed to deliver the service.

10. Anonymous product analytics

Mirëbook uses privacy-focused Vercel Web Analytics to understand anonymous page visits, devices, countries and referral sources. We also record a limited set of allowlisted actions, such as searches, place views, claim interest, registration attempts and booking starts, together with campaign labels from links. These analytics do not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, exact locations, account IDs or persistent browser identifiers. Mirëbook's own event reporting respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

We may update this policy as the product, providers or legal requirements change.
