Mirëbook helps customers discover businesses and book appointments. Businesses use Mirëbook to manage services, staff, availability, booking requests, confirmations and customer updates.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for using accurate account information. Business owners are responsible for the information, staff, services and availability they publish.

3. Customer bookings

Customers can request or instantly confirm appointments depending on the business settings. A booking is only confirmed when Mirëbook shows it as confirmed.

Customers should attend appointments on time and use cancellation or reschedule options responsibly.

4. Business responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for keeping services, prices, staff, opening hours and booking rules accurate.

Businesses are responsible for delivering the services they offer and for handling customer communication professionally.

5. Staff access

Staff accounts can view assigned work and relevant updates. Business owners control staff invitations, service assignments and business settings.

6. Payments and membership

Customer appointment payments are handled outside the current Mirëbook booking flow unless a business separately arranges payment with the customer.

Business membership or subscription features are separate from customer bookings and may change as Mirëbook develops.

7. Cancellations and changes

Customers and businesses may cancel or request changes where the product allows it. Some changes may require business approval.

Mirëbook may keep booking history so customers, businesses and staff can understand what happened.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Mirëbook, attempt to access another user's data, send harmful content, interfere with the service or use the platform for unlawful activity.

9. Availability of the service

Mirëbook aims to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party services or network issues may affect availability.

10. Content and accuracy

Business profile content, service descriptions, prices and availability are provided by the business. Customers should check appointment details before booking.

11. Limitation of responsibility

Mirëbook provides booking software. Businesses remain responsible for their services, customer interactions and legal obligations.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Mirëbook grows. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the updated terms.
